Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Transit time is anywhere from 10-15 days depending on carrier and destination. Shipping rates available upon check out. VAT or other Tariffs are the responsibility of the receiver.
What service is used to ship my package?
We ship with with a number of carriers (USPS, DHL, UPS) 1-5 day Ground with tracking. We also offer a 1-3 Day Priority option if you just can’t wait that long!
How long does it take to receive my package?
Domestic orders are received and processed the same day. Orders are shipped using 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail with tracking so you can follow your package progress.
International orders may take up to 15 days, depending on customs in your country.
Will the package be discrete when sent to my house?
Yes, we understand discretion is important. Your package will arrive in a plain parcel with discrete labeling.
What are the instructions?
Pretty simple really! Unpack your Cache Vegan Leather Box and place your favorite plant matter in our Cache jars. If plant matter is on the dry side insert a Boveda® (humidity control) packet. If your plant matter is fresh the packet is not needed as it may strip the terpenes and scent from your plant matter.
How should I clean my Cache Vegan Leather Box?

How often should I change the Boveda® Packets?
If your plant matter is fresh, the Boveda® (humidity control) packet is not needed as it may strip the terpenes and scent from your plant matter.
When utilizing the Cache jars to keep your plant matter fresh, Boveda® packets should be changed between 4-8 months depending on your personal use. How many times you open your jar, how dry the plant matter is and the humidity levels of your environment will determine this frequency. Remember your Boveda® packet is not done working until it is rock hard!
What is the optimal relative humidity to store my plant matter?
55%-62% RH is best, but consider your personal preference. By maintaining a higher RH, the plant matter will be softer. We recommend the 58% RH Boveda® packets (available on our website) for the right amount of firmness and freshness of your plant matter.
