  1.  How long does the return policy last?

Cache comes with a 14 day limited returns from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser.

  1.  What does the return policy cover?

Cache only returns Cache Vegan Leather Box against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 14 days from date of retail purchase from www.cache.company from authorized Cache retailers by the original purchaser (this limited return policy is not transferable to subsequent purchasers).  Returns does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller such as eBay and Craigslist

  1.  How are the return claims handled?

If a valid claim under this limited return policy is received within the 14 day return period, Cache will, at its discretion, Exchange the device for a new one.

Except as stated herein, Cache makes no other express policies.

  1.  What is not covered by the return policy?
    1. Any non Cache products, any Cache products other than the Cache Vegan Leather Box.
    2. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes;
    3. Damage caused by the product being exposed to or coming in contact with moisture (e.g. liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity, or other moisture), or extreme thermal or environmental conditions (e.g. sand, food, dirt or similar substances);
    4. Cosmetic damage occurring through wear and tear, including but not limited to tears, stains, and broken hardware.
    5. Neglecting to adhere to cleaning and care instructions.
  1. How do you make a claim?

To make a claim under this return policy, the original purchaser must do the following:

    1. Review this Cache 14 day limited return policy to confirm that the product is returned hereunder.
    2. Proof of purchase may be requested before return service will be provided. Please retain your purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase for your records.
    1. If no date of purchase is registered or no record of the purchase date is provided by you or otherwise available to Cache, it’s at the company’s discretion to review the return claim.
    2. Contact Cache to arrange return service by submitting a support request, including as many details as possible of the problem experienced to ensure prompt service.
  1. Can I return my purchase for refund?

Refunds are only available for new and unused products purchased on www.cache.company and must be returned directly to Cache within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Products purchased through an authorized Cache retailer will not be refunded by Cache; in such case, any refunds must be obtained from the authorized retailer from whom you purchased the product and will be subject to the retailer’s policy on refunds.

7. What is the scope of Cache and your rights and responsibilities?

 ALL IMPLIED RETURNS, INCLUDING RETURNS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS RETURN POLICY.

    1.  Some states and/or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied return policy lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited return policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province.

Cache is not responsible for and will not be bound by any additional return policies provided by retailers and does not authorize any other person to make or assume any obligation or liability in connection with any of its devices.
